The aim of thePh.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering program with academicians who can conduct scientific and technological research and development activities on a universal scale in Electrical and Electronics Engineering is to educate researchers and innovative graduates who will be capable of using existing and emerging technologies to take an effective part in overcoming complex problems in development processes of new products, designs, production methodologies, and services.The period of study is 10 semesters for Integrated Phd Programs, while the maximum period of study is 14 semesters.In this Program students apply for PhD with Undergraduate Degree. Integrated PhD is the 5 years dual degree course of master's and PhD.

The focus of the electronic engineering program is on strengthening our students in the areas such as analogue and digital circuits design, embedded hardware and circuit design and automation system design using microcontrollers etc. In addition to that students are made familiarize with state-of-the-art and industry-standard simulation tools such as National Instruments’ LabVIEW and MultiSim. To further enhance their technical abilities, students are provided with the opportunity to take certified short-courses on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) within the vicinity of university campus.
