The mission of the department is to provide an excellent quality education in biomedical engineering; to ensure that its graduates become engineers with sound work ethics, an awareness of universal values, and entrepreneurial skills, who are capable of developing and applying state of the art knowledge and technologies to satisfy the local and global needs of the society in the contemporary areas of electrical and electronics and biomedical engineering.
