The aim of this program is to make students about society and culture, the principles of physics, materials and techniques of construction, human interaction with the natural and built environment, critical thought, and the diverse forms of creative expression.

At the Department of Architecture under the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, such educational programs that comply with the requirements of the actual architectural environment are being applied. Organized through theoretical and studio courses and supported with seminars and field studies by guests, the education aims to engender an intellectual, ethical and supportive learning and collegial environment that foregrounds information exchange between scholars and cultivate research-based design approaches that embrace state-of-the-art techniques and technologies across related disciplines.

The Master of Science with thesis program provides students with an expertise in current and emerging issues in the field of Architecture. Organized through theoretical courses and supported with seminars by guests and field studies, the education aims to engender an intellectual, ethical and supportive learning and collegial environment that foregrounds information exchange between scholars and to cultivate research-based design approaches that embrace state-of-the-art techniques and technologies across related disciplines. Students are expected to take part in individual and collective research projects that concentrate on social, environmental and technological issues of contemporary society, and on their effects on built environments in different scales.
