Electronics Engineering

The Doctor of Philosophy Program in Electronics Engineering consists of formal coursework, passing a qualifying exam, presentation of a dissertation proposal and successful defense of a dissertation. The program requires a minimum of 21 credit hours of coursework for students entering the program with a Master of Science degree or a minimum of 42 credit hours of coursework for students entering the program with a Bachelor of Science degree. Every PhD candidate must take a minimum of 12 credit hours of coursework from graduate level EE coded courses. Registration in any course requires advisor approval.

Elementary Mathematics Teaching

Elementary Mathematics Teaching at Yeditepe offers an innovative opportunity to interested and qualified candidates. It will train students for an Elementary Mathematics Education Concentration offered by the program as a supplement to the Preliminary Multiple Subject Credential. Students who participate in this program will be uniquely prepared to combine their knowledge of mathematics content and pedagogy in order to become effective teachers of mathematics and potentially mathematics leaders at their school sites.
