The Private Law Master’s program is designed with the awareness of Ibn Haldun being a research university. In this program, the main aim is to qualify jurists who can conduct enhance their knowledge and academic skills at an upper level. In the program, private law studies that are impacting current issues are given importance, and in terms of the theoretical courses given by the expert staff as well as the seminar assignments prepared by the students, the participation of the students at the highest level is ensured. The program also contributes to the academic and professional career development of the students through the national connections of the University. In this way, lawyers who have advanced reasoning power, with the proper research consciousness of academic ethics, handle legal problems correctly and develop rapid solutions. Mail objectives, are to create special reasoning regarding private law matters and widen the oral and written skills of lawyers.

The PhD program in Private Law at Yeditepe University provides integrated training at PhD level. The aim of the program is to gather “Art and Design” under a single roof and also training artists who are using other disciplines of art for the creation process, while specializing in one of them, but also training those artists to be able to create academic studies within that creation process, using the relevant research methods. The program involves theorical and practical studies within interdisciplinary environment of art and design, such as; art and design, graphic design, animation, music, film design and industrial design.
