Our medical school curriculum is custom-made and one of the most challenging in the world with twice as many anatomy hours as other schools. The system is such that students are graded at the end of the year for their performance during the whole year instead of on a semester basis. The Medical School International Admissions Committee strives to select hardworking students with the intellect, foundational science knowledge, and perseverance to thrive in such a challenging environment.

Our faculty is a modern and large institution providing education, research, and health services in a large campus area and its own university hospital in this area. It offers integrated medical education with 100 instructors who are experts in their fields. The state-of-the-art branch laboratories in the Basic Medical Sciences Laboratory complex are designed to make full use of each student. Istanbul Aydın University VM Medical Park Hospital is one of the leading full-fledged university hospitals in its region with a bed capacity of 300 in an area of 51.000 m2, 13 operating rooms, and 92 polyclinics and technological infrastructure.
